How do I find good health care, schools, property in Marbella?

Hello,

I have the intention of moving with my family from Canada to Marbella Spain, in the next couple years. I have so many questions as far as:

Health care system-
Here in Canada our health care is covered. How does it work in Spain?

International schools-
I am planning a trip with my husband this May. Which international schools would you recommend I take a look at? One of my sons will be 2 in May and my other son is almost 6 months old.

Best neighbourhoods-
I'm looking to buy a property when I visit this May. Any recommendations as far as neighbourhoods that I can suggest to the realtor?

I have more questions but I will leave it for another time.
