Italian food
by: Anonymous

Hi everyone ! Could you please give me your advice. I am Italian and living in the Mijas pueblo area, i have no qualifications in cookery but am considered an excellent cook ( i think that they esagerate somewhat ). I am also considered very entertaining and fun, well i certainly love to cook and adore new faces. I am thinking of possibly opening a casual , fun,Italian cookery class. Do you (a) think it could work here in Spain ? (b) would it be to complicated regarding the beaurocratic hassle ? Thanking you in advance for any information.

Personal Chef Service
by: Louise

We hired James from Bravura Chefs in Marbella when visiting on holiday over the Christmas period as a personal chef.

He really did do a great meal and the service was superb. When talking to James we found out that he also does private cooking classes that focus on all cooking methods so you learn a good set of basic skills rather than just learning a dish.

If his classes are anything like his dinner parties your in for a treat.

Private chef in Marbella
by: Louise

I know a very talented chef who is head chef at a restaurant here in Marbella. He had 4 restaurants in Ireland which he sold to come out here. He was a member of the Ulster Pork and Bacon forum in Northern Ireland and has done cookery lessons and private parties on numerous occasions. If you are interested I will pm you his info as he has limited space:)

Terra Sana cookery lessons
by: Dave

Terra Sana in Nueva Andalucia I am sure advertise some.

But I also would recommend Elviria's Deli. Have been there to eat quite a lot and the staff are very friendly and fun. I imagine there classes would be great.

Cooking classes in Marbella
by: Marbella Family

We had a similar question before on the site with a couple of answers, however it is dated from March 2011, so am not sure if they are still offering classes or renewing them. It´s worth checking out, though.

You can find this question on the page called: Something to do in the evening.
