On Friday 31st March 2017 Laude San Pedro will hold our fourth Charity Gala. The event is designed to raise as much money as possible for two local and international charities Aldeas Infantiles and Save the Children (http://www.aldeasinfantiles.es/ and https://www.savethechildren.es/)
Aldeas Infantiles and Save the Children
Both Aldeas Infantiles and Save the Children provide a fantastic service for both local and international people. Aldeas Infantiles work to give vulnerable children the best possible life. Similarly, Save the Children work closely with children and their families to ensure the rights of children are adhered to and they are protected.
The Evening Schedule
The night will begin at 6pm and consist of live music, dance performances, a fashion show, a raffle and DJ, food and a full bar will be provided on the night. In addition a luxury charity auction with an opportunity to bid on many high end prizes.
The tickets will be priced at €10 in advance and €15 on the door, this includes one glass of wine on entry, an additional drink inside the venue, a plate of high quality food and deluxe canapés.
The tickets will be on sale from Monday 13th February 2017, and can be purchased from reception, Lily Lam in the admissions office or outside of school at 4.15 – 4.45 from one of our students.
Premium table offers are also available, but these will be first come first served as they offer the best views:

As you will see below we have kept the same pricing as last year in order to maintain the excellent levels of fundraising and providing a great marketing service for your company.
To take part and gain the fantastic sponsorship opportunities all you need to do is the following:
1. Give €350: a stand at the event, logo on billboard, logo on website for 9 months, logo on Facebook, 5 free entrances and free publicity throughout the event.
2. Give €250: logo on billboard, logo on website for 9 months, logo on Facebook, 5 free entrances and free publicity throughout the event.
3. Give a prize for auction worth €250 or more: logo on billboard, logo on website for 9 months, logo on Facebook, 5 free entrances and free publicity throughout the event.
4. Give a prize for raffle: logo on website for 3 months, logo on Facebook and 2 free entrances.

, providing us with; details of your company, a high quality logo (min. 1800 pixels) and which package you would like to choose. We will then ask you to pay/donate your prize to administration. Alternatively you can speak directly with Chris Smith or Lily Lam by ringing the school phone number or asking for us at reception.
