Hello guys due to the warm weather we are moving Bootcamp to the park down the road from Crowne Plaza as it is a nice shaded area.

So dont forget Wednesday at 7pm, Friday at 7pm and Sunday at 10am all at the Park. If you dont know the directions look on the website www.bootcampcostadelsol.com or call me on 656277341.

Family fun day on the beach
by: Marbella Family

We have taken our kids to the bootcamp and had a fantastic day out. It's easy for the kids to spend all morning on the computer or TV and the whole Sunday is gone. Getting the kids out of bed and into bootcamp meant the whole family was out of the house doing something good for our bodies and had a great time doing it.

We all loved the games that James introduces between sets of exercises. Exercise through play is one of the best ways to stay fit and you hardly realize you are working out.

And the group of members you have is a great bunch who kick off the day with a bunch of laughs.

Bring a towel, sunscreen, some sand toys and a picnic and stay on for a relaxing day on the beach afterwards.
