Strength and Softness Yoga Workshop

Come join me for a workshop with breath techniques, movement, and meditation. The workshop will be slow with an emphasis on sensory awareness to assist nervous system settling. Our focus will be to BREATHE. We will nurture our inner flame with Pranayama (breath work) and harmonize the soul with mantra meditation.

We will also primarily work the largest part of our body, our hips, where we tend to hold tension, emotions, and stress. By releasing the hip area, our bodies must respond to a more relaxed nature. Let’s surrender into our happy hips.

All levels welcome to join. For beginners, a rounded introduction and for existing yogis, a great overview and boost to your practice.
