My focus, my simpaty, my dedicated develope on customers service; a bit perfeccionist and very disciplinated.

Previous experience:
I have 10 years experience in Spain, the last 5 years working for British owners and customers; what it really did let me learn a lot. Also due to I had to speak English all the time, I did improve it a lot! And being the last 2 years as manager and supervisor of the restaurant.
Languages you speak:
Spanish/ mother language
English / high level conversational and written.
Russian /hosteleria.( in restaurant terms)
And some another expressions in a few languages, to break the ice with the customer.

I consider myself with simpaty diplomacy, disciplinated, correct and with a very special quality and detailed touches in my service for the customer.
