Spoil Me Day pamper workshop

Spoil Yourself with the ultimate Pamper Day...

Summer is just around the corner and what better way to get your body ready with a fun, relaxing day making luxurious concoctions. Our recipes will intensely moisturise, soothe and hydrate even the hardest skin. Our hair recipes will soothe and put an incredible shine back into the hair.

Why not start with a Lavender Peppermint soak, that will bring those feet and hands back to life and if you are dealing with foot or nail fungus then when not try a Melrose foot or hand bath instead? This is then followed by an Agave, Sugar foot scrub to get rid of all that dry skin that has built up over winter and leave your feet and hands soft and supple. We then follow with a Vitaflex technique to get the circulation going, and finally you get to make your own Whipped Cocoa moisturiser with your pick of essential oils, that will work to nourish even the hardest skin.

If you use chemicals like straighteners or dyes, sun exposure can also wreak havoc on your hair. If you aren't starting with an ideal head of hair, the problems can be even more intense. We show you how to protect your hair and create a beautiful conditioner that will put an incredible shine back into your hair.

Next comes a recipe that will help boost circulation, it is a great way to not only help fight that nasty cellulite but help with water retention as well. And while you are soaking your feet you will be sipping a tall, cold glass of fresh lavender lemonade and raw chocolates.

What we will be making –
Agave, Sugar, Oatmeal scrub
Whipped Cocoa butter and Rose, Frankincense, Jasmine, Lavender moisturiser
Cocoa butter hair conditioner- (to take home)
& Learning how to do a vitaflex foot and hand massage
