OFFER: Secretary/ Administrative assistant (Bilingual English/Spanish)
A leading real estate agency specialized in the sale of high quality properties is looking for a SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day to day administrative activities at office. Your duties include but are not limited to: Listing new properties and projects in our portfolios, website administration support, making & receiving calls, reception and office support (when office is open), writing emails, receiving and attending visitors at our office, among others.
– Fully bilingual English/Spanish with excellent communication skills (written & spoken), detail-oriented, highly organised, able to multi-task efficiently.
– Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Internet and basic photography editing software’s).
– A third language is also strongly valued (French or Nederlands)
– Loyal, customer service oriented and supportive, gentle and confident attitude by phone.
– Flexibility to work on some Saturdays.
– Mature interpersonal skills, willing to work in a team as well as independently and to deal with different kind of people
– Excellent professional appearance
