Finance broker - Job brief

We are looking to expand our finance arm of the business which involves introducing investors to a variety of investment products. All products have a proven track records of success. Our current brokers are already overachieving the 150k OTE projected based on the success of our marketing campaigns and high cost of marketing spent on each investment broker
To help with this expansión we are looking for experienced finance brokers to join our team

Requirements
• Previous experience in Pension Sales, IFA’s Property Investment Sales preferred
• An outgoing, self-motivated and confident individual
• Strong communication and negotiation skills including an excellent telephone manner.
• Professional and self-motivated
• Pro-active, ambitious and ready to make a difference
• Target and sales driven
• Strong organisational skills
• Fluent in english
• We operate flexible working hours to enable us to contact clients at the time that suits them therefore evening and Saturday working is required

• Remuneration

• Autónomo role although contracts will be provided for an initial 3 months trial period
• Uncapped commission structures with very achievable targets
• Full training and on-going support team
• Future opportunities to grow within the business
