Yoga and Pilates in Marbella

I was wondering if anyone knew any Pilates classes/teachers for people who have had accidents (neck/ pelvis fractures). I will start physiotherapy in a week and it would also be great if I could find a medically trained Pilates/ yoga teacher/ school.
