Les Roches Marbella, Closing Ceremony
On Friday the 2nd of June at 11.00 a.m. in the Salon Andalucía at Puente Beach Resort & Spa, Les Roches Marbella will hold its Closing Ceremony. A total of 133 students of the Bachelor in Business Administration Hospitality (XXVI class), Student of the Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management for Luxury Tourism (II Class) and students of students of the Post-Graduate Diploma in International Hotel (XLI class) will be receiving their awards and credentials.
81 students will be awarded the Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hotel Management, and 52 students will obtain their Post-Graduate Diplomas. This year’s graduates maintain their internationality as they come from more than 36 countries: Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, China, Ivory Coast, Czech Republic, El Salvador, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Republic of Korea, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Morocco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam and of course, Spain.
The Closing Ceremony will be presided by Mr. Francisco Javier Porcuna Romero, Deputy Mayor, Delegate for Tourism, Industry, Public Roads, Strategic Projects and Citizen Security of Marbella Town Hall, Mr. Julian Cabanillas, General Manager of Marbella Club Hotel, who will deliver the opening speech, Mr. Carlos Díez de la Lastra, CEO of Les Roches Marbella and Ms. Maria José Aparicio, Academic Director of Les Roches Marbella. During the Ceremony, the eighth edition of Les Roches Marbella “Awards 2017” will also take place. Families, authorities and representatives from local organizations and businesses will also be attending the ceremony.
The recognized academic excellence provided by Les Roches Marbella has allowed, during more than twenty years of history that 90% of graduates from Les Roches Marbella International School of Hotel Management are working in renowned hotels and hospitality establishments in over 54 countries. Les Roches Marbella will start in July/August 2017 a next intake for the following programs, all delivered in English: the Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hotel Management (3,5 years) with specializations in Strategic Human Resources Management, Event Management, Resort Management or Entrepreneurship and SME Management / Les Roches Hotel Management Diploma (3 years), and the 1-Year Post-Graduate Intensive Diploma in International Hotel Management. IN October 2017, a new intake will start for the new Post-Graduate “Executive” Diploma in International Hotel Management (for active professionals - 14 months) and the 1-Year Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management for Luxury Tourism. All academic programs are recognized and accredited at the university level by the New England Association of Schools & Colleges (NEASC), USA.
