How do I pay a parking ticket in Madrid?

Madrid Parking Ticket

I got a parking ticket when I was in Madrid last month - how can I pay it? I went to the Madrid website at www.madrid.es and also the national traffic website at www.dgt.es but it seems that the ticket number I have doesn't have enough digits to enable me to pay online.

I've also been told that I need to wait until a document is mailed to me, but I don't live in Spain and I was driving a friend's car. How can I pay this so I don't have any future problems?

Any advice appreciated!

Ring +34915298210 there will be a recorded message when that starts press 0 and ask to speak to someone in English have the registration number of the car ready and talk to the nice man or woman cheers

If you click on the Madrid Payment Platform the site will be in Spanish and you'll be prompted with information about the car (license plate number) as well as the ticket. If you don't have this information, contact the agency for assistance by phone or email.
