My mission is to help people over 60 live to actively and independently for as long as possible.

How does it work? It’s very simple!

We together create a new good habit for you. It will be your daily workout routine.

Where? In your home…

The benefits of the homefitness:
- not necessary to leave your home, I’ll go to your home
- I concentrate only with you
- we do exercise in a familiar enviroment in your livingroom or your terrace, or your pool
- you don’t have to be affraid of somebody look at you
- and the most important: I am going to show you the proper doing of the exercises, I will correct mistakes, this way you can learn it perfectly.
