Foodstall place or market in Marbella

My name is Maria , and I am a Dutch self-employed professional currently living and registered in the Netherlands. I am planning to work in Marbella for a short seasonal period (approximately 3–4-5months) to sell traditional Dutch stroopwafels from a small food trailer (mobile stand).

Before arranging transport and permits, I would like to request information about the following:

Are there available public or market locations (for example, in Marbella centre or Puerto Banús) where temporary food stands are allowed?

What are the required permits or authorisations for ambulant/temporary food sales?

What are the estimated municipal costs (for the stand location and permit)?

Which documents would I need to submit, and what is the usual processing time?

Are there any service fees or administrative costs if your department (or a local office) assists us with this process?

The activity will be small-scale, seasonal, and focused on promoting a typical Dutch product.
