We all need banks in our lives to conduct BASIC transactions throughout our lives. However, the financial industry has been extremely SLOW to embrace social media to build strong and lasting relationships with millennials.

In this upload, I ask Gary for his take on why an industry that depends SO MUCH on trust and engagement has yet to embrace the power of social media.
