Poor dog. I like dogs very much and I cannot see them suffering. It's great that now Goofy has a new home. I respect people who help others and give them a chance to live better.

Good news!
by: Anonymous

So happy to see handsome Goofy having potentially found a new loving family! It really is so tragic to see an animal orphaned like that, especially at an age where they are all too often passed up for puppies! may God bless his new mum and them all with endless happiness in the future together! Thanks for the update !

Goofys new home
by: Amanda

A wonderful woman named Helen came to collect Goofy yesterday. She already has 6 dogs and cats but was prepared to also take him in. She already has a dalmation puppy and said that Goofy looked very much like her puppy. She said he would be able to stay with her indefinitely only if he settled into her pack of dogs and cats, otherwise she would re-home him. I couldn't ask for fairer than that. I told her I would help in re-homing him if he needed it, so as it is early days I haven't told people to stop looking yet. I spoke to Helen this morning and she said, so far so good, Goofy is settling in well and is playing with the other dogs, though scared of the cats. So fingers crossed he will pass the test and become a member of her family. There are some wonderful people out there willing to help, it really touches me. So in answer to your question, yes he has gone to a foster home and hopefully he will be allowed to stay with his new family. Will keep you posted.

Big kiss and thanks for everything.
