My career is built upon a natural talent for organizing and leadership, customer servise, people, reaching goals, exceeding expectations, strategic thinking, ability to adapt, genuine passion for Food and Beverages, service and quality, honesty, commitment, energy, hard work, the use of common sense and having the right attitude to overcome challenges and the humble attitude to learn from the persons I have had the pleasure to work with.

Previous experience: 8 years in UK, working as a Conference and Baqueting Manager at EICC, Edinburgh. 1 Year as a Reseptionist in Malaga, anoher year Excursion leader, 2 years at a Gastro Bar in Malaga (owner).
