TWEENS AND TEENS Workshop Series

We created these monthly workshops inspired by our desire to share our skills with young girls. We felt the need to promote healthy habits and powerful tools for them to navigate the tween and teenage years with self love, self confidence and self care. We combine Yoga, Nutrition, Holistic Beauty and Herbal principles and make each session an exciting opportunity for these girls to share and bring out their uniqueness in a safe, loving space.
This is what to expect from our second workshop on the 10th of March.
CLAIRE (YOGA): We will be working with self love and acceptance.
Learning to fully love ourselves and our wonderful bodies for what they are. Embracing what our body can do, rather then what it looks like. We will be going deeper into relaxation and it's importance in a world that rarely switches off. Combining essential oils alongside our yoga practice and finishing with a massage to fully release, letting go of both mental, emotional and physical tension and knowing that it is ok to do so.
MARIANA (GROW AND GLOW): We will focus on the skin, our largest organ. Why it’s so important to feed the skin from the inside out and why minerals play a major role. Will also share lots of practical ways to nourish our skin with home-made, natural ingredients. We'll make our own deodorant together and enjoy a “Beauty Herbal Drink" using Nettle as a base.
