Seeking cleaner / childcare help in August

We will be staying in Marbella for 4 weeks in August and are looking for an English speaking home help to come and do cleaning, ironing etc for about 10 hours per week, plus babysit for us 2 or 3 nights for another 10 to 20 hours per week. Our children are aged 4 and 12.
