Pink Floyd Tribute Concert in Mijas

Pink Floyd, probably the most iconic band of the 60s, celebrate their 50th anniversary in 2014. And to coincide with this landmark date BigM Promotions are organising a "Pink Floyd Tribute Concert" featuring Andy Claridge and Steve Nelson, with Paul Skelton and Denirichar Delay.

Andy Claridge is the creator of the show which he has been performing for many years in venues along the coast. With Steve Nelson joining him in 2008 the show grew in musical content, and they added original videos projected on the ‘Floyd style’ circular screen, the famous “Division bell” Faces, the ‘Hammers’ and of course - laser lighting.

This group have been contracted to play 16 concerts in northern europe starting with one in the famous "Tivoli gardens" in Copenhagen, Denmark in August.
Prior to this tour, and for ONE night only, this show will be performed in the beautiful open-air auditorium in Mijas pueblo (opposite the plaza de toros).

SEATING: There will be two seating areas at the concert;

PREMIUM - these seats are numbered and are the front centre rows, seat numbers will be assigned after you purchase them.
* Premium seats include one drink.*

PINK seating is the rest of the auditorium seats with no numbers.

**Important**
As Mijas has a NO PARKING policy for non residents of the pueblo, visitors cars must park in the multi-story car park by the town hall. There is a charge of 1€ to park all day. If you park in the village centre your car will get a fine and may be towed away. The walk through Mijas pueblo is lovely but if you feel the steep road and stairs leading up to the auditorium is too much for you, we have contracted a minibus service to run between the car park, where the metal donkey statue is, to the auditorium.
The service starts at 19.45h and the fare is 1€ per person, payable on the minibus. The service will also run after the concert ends, from the auditorium to the car park from 12.15h, the fare again is 1€ pp.
As we expect many people to use this service we highly recommend that you arrive in plenty of time to park, travel up to the auditorium, collect/pay for your tickets and find a seat. Bar & snacks available all evening.

PREMIUM - 20€ purchased before 26th June, 25€ on the night (if available)

PINK - 12€ purchased before 26th June, 15€ on the night.

Tickets will be on sale at different points along the coast from mid May 2014, and also be available at the ticket booth on the night. Tickets can also be purchased online at www.costadeldisco.com by a simple and safe Paypal transaction.
