Fitness Instruction - ITEC RQF Level 2 (EQF Level 3)
Nutrition - ITEC RQF Level 3 (EQF Level 4)
Personal Training - ITEC RQF Level 3 (EQF Level 4)
Group Instruction - ITEC RQF Level 2 (EQF Level 3)

I also have 6 years customer service based experience working in sports retail.

I am planning on moving to Marbella in January 2022.


Previous experience:
I have recently qualified as a personal trainer and have been coaching clients online, as well as conduction team training sessions with local sports clubs.
