How can a Tapas Bar have a trip advisor rating in single figures out of over 800 restaurants in Marbella?

The chef, proprietor, husband and wife team of Victor and Luna
manage to impart the three most important things in to their cuisine
. Flavour Flavour Flavour.

For a compact menu of 7 starters, 14 mains, and 3 desserts, most are available in three sizes, Portion, Half Portion, and Tapas. We chose the soft Sheep’s cheese with toast and Tomato Jam that had a beautifully strong pungency,
Spring role stuffed with Ox tail, cherries and carrot cream,
Gravlax salmon with Guacamole, Orange gelatin, and Pistachio.
and Mini Veal burgers with Kebab sauce, lettuce and red onion in
a bun. For dessert, we tried the New York Cheesecake, not expecting it to be as good as it was,. So many restaurant cheesecakes have a plastic taste, but this one was as good as my wife’s! To all of them - one word YUMMY.
We are already planning the menu for our next visit!
Don’t be put off by the unprepossing exterior, the interior is nicely appointed and well serviced by Paco, the helpful waiter.

Perhaps this last paragraph answers the question posed at the head of this piece,
