Estepona Equestrian School made my child never want to sit on a horse again

As somebody already wrote before, it is a pity to give this wonderful place a bad review. My experience with them is really really bad. They should not be holding a license for working with small children as they do not have competence to do so.

A teacher, put my 4 year old son on a pony without protective jacket, explaining to me that it is fine because she will be next to him all the time. But she wasn't, he was left on his own. And then she made his horse trotting - on his first day, on his first class.

It was his first class and first time sitting on a horse on his own. Because she was late with other classes as well, she added another girl to his class, and this girl was already experienced in riding. This girl did have all the protection, including jacket. The teacher put this girl first, my son second in line, and then after only one round, and practically without any proper instructions, not even basics she made their horses go trotting. My son got really really scared, he let go of saddle straps and tried to take a hold of wooden fence. I ran to him and held him and that is how he escaped falling down and taking hurt.

That did not seem to make the teacher worry. She just continued with his other girl. I could not make my son sit on a horse again. And now, I just don't know what to do.
