WANTED: Marketing Assistant in Marbella

We are looking to incorporate in our Marbella offices a motivated Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department of our company in its primary and administrative duties. You will assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.

You should be able to design graphics as well for the website, dossiers, and the rest of the marketing materials.

Your work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long term growth of the company.

Your duties will include:

* Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing and design activities.
* Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature.
* Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
* Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.
* Writing articles and promotional material for the company.
* Preparing interesting written copy for the website.
* Uploading marketing material website and social media sites.
* Designing all the company's graphics including all sales and marketing materials such as catalogues, online banners and branded materials.

Requirements of the role
* Advanced level of English (essential)
* Other languages will be an advantage
* Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
* Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Adobe PhotoShop
* A degree in marketing (not essential but an advantage)
* Personable, presentable and articulate.
* Effective project management skills
* Sound understanding of marketing principles, both online and offline
* Strong administration and organisational skills.

This is a full-time position.

The ideal candidate will be able to work both in online and offline campaigns, preparing marketing materials (copywriting, brochures, website, landing pages, ads campaigns, graphics) and assuring the impact of the campaigns.

Required experience: At least 2 years in a similar position

Required Languages: English (advanced) and Spanish (basic). Ideal: Norwegian, Arabic, French
