WANTED: Field Sales Executives

E-rentr.com is a SAAS company (Software As A Service) offering a cutting edge service to real estate agents and private owners renting out property. Our service solves several challenges for both estate agents and private owners, saving them time and money compared to the traditional way of setting up contracts, verify renters identity, getting the contract signed and also collect payment.

After nearly 15 months of development and testing we are now launching our service in Europe after having launched in the USA at the end of last year.

We are now looking for target driven and passionate field sales executives to join our sales team working towards real estate agencies on Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca.

You will be responsible for

Visiting real estate agents within your territory to sell our services.
Hitting sales and profit targets in line with the corporate plan.
Developing excellent relationships with real estate agents within your territory.


You will have

Advanced selling skills, handling and overcoming objections and ability to close sales.
Strong verbal skills in both English and Spanish
A passion for completing all tasks to the highest standards and be driven by results
Very strong relation building skills and pride yourself in deliver excellent customer service
Confidence with data and using the insight to increase sales
Strong persuasion skills
The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your work load
