The English Dental Practice - Solution to headaches, jaw and neck pain, earache!

I have suffered from headaches and neck pain for many years and more recently ear pain and have only recently discovered that this has all been caused by my night time tooth grinding/clenching.

I was advised to see Dr Alex Cubbin BDS from the English Dental Practice (Fuengirola and Marbella). I had a small dental splint made for me on the spot that prevents my teeth from contact at night and although it doesn't look very attractive it works amazingly. I have much fewer headaches now and with awareness and massage around the jaw muscles my pain is so much more bearable. This is such a common problem but so few doctors or even dentists know how to treat it.

Dr Cubbin has specialised in the NTI splints for 20 years and is now seeing at least 3 new patients a week with these problems.

The procedure is quick and relatively cheap (about 100 euros). If anyone suffers from any of these symptoms I would go and get a consultation done to see if it can help you.
