Moving with a 10 year old

Myself and partner are relocating this year (2018) with our 10 year old son, he has spent a fair bit of time in Nueva Andalucia with our family living there. He is very confident, makes friends easiy and is not put off by language barriers. We'd prefer a internatinal school to start off with, we think (Spanish immediately) I don't want him to feel overwhelmed and would rather ease him in. The plan would be for him to move to a private Spanish school once we're established probably 12-18 months in an international school.

If anyone has or is in a similar situation, I would really appreciate any advice that you can offer. We'll be taking him over to visit the schools that we select, so would really help if opinions and experiences could be offered.
