The Las Chapas Fair 2011 takes place from Friday August 5th until Sunday August 7th. Las Chapas is a beautiful area in Marbella near Elviria which boasts some of the best beaches of all on the Costa del Sol.

The Las Chapas fair schedule is as follows:

Friday August 5

12:00 - Day fair

21:30 Musical parade

22:00 Inauguration and lighting of the fairgrounds

22:15 D. Carlos Alcalá Belón gives the fair speech in the municipal tent

22:45 Coronation of the Queens and Ladies with a dance performance. Announcement of the Queen of the Las Chapas Fair 2011. Music by “Dúo Arenal”.


Saturday August 6

12:00 Day fair

18:30 X Pedal day starting at the fairgrounds

21:00 Youth party. Performance by “Marbepop Callejero” and other local bands in the municipal tent.


Sunday August 7

12:00 Day fair

10:00 "V Domino Tournatment" at the Las Chapas Centro de Personas Mayores (Old Age Center) de Las Chapas and the "IV Petanque Tournament" in Erick Plan park

19:30 Kids party at the municipal tent with a show from Sponge Bob and workshops for kids.


McDonald´s Snack time

21:00 Performance by the orchestra Dúo Arenal at the municipal tent.
