Engin change whilst in Uk

What exactly are you are looking for?:
Unfortunately my Spanish registered C4 has had to have a new engine fitted whilst on a visit to the UK.

What I need to know is do I have to report this to Trafico and if I do what process do I need to do this. Need to know if there are any key papers or actions that have to be done before I leave UK
