Cycling Rules in Spain

by Fran Green
(Marbella)

Hello,

I was wondering what the rules are for cycling on pavements in Marbella. When cycling through the town on the pavement yesterday I got lots of comments and bad looks but have also seen lots of other cyclists doing it. Any clarification on this would be great. Thanks!
