Costa Women Calahonda: You can Heal your Life

by Ali Meehan
(Malaga)

For our first Costa Women event back after the summer 2013 in Calahonda we will be joined by Mei Flynn who will provide a mini "You can Heal your Life" Workshop.

How many times have you tried to make changes in your life but not sure where to start or let obstacles get in the way? Louise Hay, the author of the book ‘You Can Heal Your Life’ created powerful life transforming workshops that can help in every aspect of your life – relationships, health, financial, well-being, business success, spiritual growth and overall live life more fully.

The workshops cover inner child work, visualizations, anger releasing techniques, mind/body link and other tools and techniques that are carried out in a safe environment without having to talk in front of a big group of people.

The workshops help us look at our lives and love and accept who we really are leading to long lasting life changes. Just remember you keep doing the same things over and over again you’ll only succeed in getting the same results.
Bring any Women friends - non-members welcome!

Time: September 19, 2013 from 7:30pm to 10pm
Location: The Loft, Calahonda
Street: Avenida Espania
