1. Monthly Feature: 2009 Summer Camps

The end of school is approaching very fast and it is time to get organized for the children holidays. If you are spending July and August in Marbella, there are many camps organized for the kids on the Costa. We are highlighting 3 of them below:

- The best value. Nothing beats the camps organized by the city of Marbella for great value. Inexpensive - extended hours - varied activities. It is also a great way for children to practice their Spanish. Our kids have attended the one in San Pedro two years in a row and we were very happy. Find out details at your nearest Centro Polideportivo.

- A football favourite. The Aldana soccer camp has been running for four years with great sucess. Great trainers. Great installation. Proven record.

- Exotic new-comer. Martial arts center Kudo Academies is organizing a summer camp for the first year. Personal attention (10 kids per session). Original activities.

2. Monthly update: new family activities / reviews on our site.

A lot has happened this month on www.marbellafamilyfun.com. We have added about 25 new pages full with great family activities and ideas in Marbella. Among these, we have:

- The most visited. Bikini Beach in Estepona is the page with the highest traffic. It is a great beach restaurant with very good prices for large beds on the beach (30 euros a day).

- The most original. Did you know that this area offers a unique geographic position for exceptional whale and dolphin watching?

- The one we want to try. We heard very good things about the cable ski in Guadalmina. We have not tried it yet. Review from anybody?

- The one Markian and I will try one day. I am always envious of these people kiteboarding I see in San Pedro and Tarifa...

3. Help, please

Marbella Family Fun is a new family project. Its purpose is mostly educational as we would like to teach our children the basics of internet and site building.

We are in a phase of building content and traffic. If you find the site useful, we would greatly appreciate if you could send us some reviews of the places / attractions you visit in Marbella by filling out this form.

We would also be grateful if you could forward this mail to friends and relatives who may have an interest in the Costa del Sol.

Thank you... and see you next month.
