Congratulations on the special offer you've received! Please keep the following points in mind when redeeming with the supplier to make sure you are able to redeem their full value:

  • Inform the vendor that you have requested the SPECIAL OFFER as presented in the guide you have downloaded.
  • The vendor may request the number at the bottom of the voucher so have that handy in case they ask.
  • Keep in mind that the vouchers apply only to the specific detail noted in the coupon. The vendor themselves retain the exclusive right to adjust the offer at their discretion. 
  • Remember that you can only use a single coupon for each booking you make.
  • If you lose your voucher, you will need to re-download a new one in order to be able to retain the SPECIAL OFFER.
  • The vouchers are not to be transferred to any third parties and they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 
  • In order to use the voucher you have downloaded, you will need to contact the vendor in advance to advise them of your number.
