Kids Chocolate Workshop

A series of "The Mindful Sprout" Kids Workshops coming up...

I will be sharing with the kids (briefly) where chocolate comes from and how we go from the tree to the products we know today. The idea is for them to come out loving Chocolate even more and for the right reasons as it’s one of the most nutritious fruits on the planet.

It’s about giving them alternatives to the highly processed, non-nutritious products in the supermarket. Kids MUST be accompanied by their mums, dads, or care taker.

Date: Friday 20th of February, 5pm.
Ages: 5 and up
