All my life i been intriged by the Body and our fysiology. Last year i got my NASM diploma EREPS 3 level. And 9years of fitness experience. From nutrition to stretching to bulking.. whatever you name in the industry i was on it!
With yoga i started connecting deeper with the body. Not only fitness!! There's much more out there!! I'm ready to give you a suitable program and help you with whatever illnesses or pains you have!! Let's go!!
