ADMINISTRATOR, FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR, PENSION ADMINISTRATION

Who are we: We specialise in the administration of pension schemes for small businesses. In a few years since launch we now administer hundreds of pension schemes for small businesses and have been short listed by MoneyFacts for Best SSAS Pension Administrator of the Year 2014. We are a small company in terms of employees and are seeking two individuals to assist with the administration of our clients pension funds from our Marbella Office.


Essential experience: You must have experience a good knowledge of word and excel.

Personal qualities: You must have excellent oral and written communication skills plus you must be able to pay attention to detail. Accuracy is a key aspect of our work. You will work as part of a team of up four people at our Office in Marbella. You will be expected in time to organise your own working day having regard to the overall objectives of the clients. You need to be reliable, punctual and able to work to deadlines, plus you need to be a hard worker.

The role: You will be trained to learn how pension funds should be administered, plus how to complete tax reporting, PAYE administration and Pension Regulator returns. You will undertake some filing, administration support to the consultants and handle phone calls on an ad-hoc basis. As your role develops you will be encouraged to input ideas on how systems can be improved and value added to our client service; which you will be rewarded for financially.

Additional Comments:
You will need to have a valid EEA passport
You will be subject to a criminal record check. Due to the nature of our work, individuals who have been previously convicted for financial fraud will not be eligible for this position.
You will be retained as a contractor on a rolling 12 month contract, with an initial three month probationary period of service.
You will be paid for 3 weeks holiday per year - plus UK bank holidays and christmas time.
You will need a valid driving licence to commute to and from the Office which is located near San Pedro
Some experience of working and living in Spain important.
Additional languages other than English are not important as all our clients are UK residents or ex-pats.
Fluent English is required. Ideally we are looking for native or near native speakers of English.
