* Andalucia nature walk through Parque Natural de las Sierras de Tejeda on Saturday and Sunday

Registration is open for a special hike this weekend of November 20th and 21st in the Parque Natural de las Sierras de Tejeda, Alhama and Almijara. The hike starts at the local road that joins Almuñecar with Granada and goes down a gorge of the Río Verde. Halfway through the hike you will be able to gaze at the famous petrified trees. Lodging is provided at the Centro de Educación Ambiental Huerto Alegre (Environmental Education Center) where full room and board are provided.

On Sunday November 21st the hike goes up to Cerro Lopera where you can view a major part of the Nature Park.

This hike costs 50 euros and includes transportation, accident insurance, guides, lodging, and full board.

* Hike from Marbella to Ronda

* Marbella Christmas shopping season

It´s that time of year again when we need to start thinking about our holiday shopping. Christmas decorations are already out at La Cañada shopping mall and everyone is getting in the spirit...and we´re only in mid-November!

Every Wednesday at 11:30am the Malaga Picasso Museum is offering free guided tours in English which is included with the price of admission. If you speak Spanish or would like to improve your Spanish, then attend the free guided tour of the museum on Tuesdays at 6:00pm and 7:00pm or on Saturdays at 1:00pm, 6:00pm and 7:00pm.
