* Five-day weekend coming up

Monday December 6th and Wednesday December 8th are national holidays and many businesses will be closed or have alternate working hours. Be sure to check schedules before you head out. Many businesses and schools take Tuesday December 7th off as well so looks like many of us are having a five-day weekend!

Marbella Town Hall has been organizing a Christmas tree lighting for the past few days in Marbella and San Pedro. Tonight there is one more event. Marbella´s Municipal nativity scene and Santa´s House will be inaugurated on Friday December 3rd at 6:00pm and are located on Plaza de la Iglesia de la Encarnación (Incarnation Church). I would like to invite you to the first MarbEco Day which will be held in Marbella on Wednesday December 8, 2010 at The Marbella Gourmet Place in Nueva Andalucia. All throughout the day there will be entertainment and talks, and of course, tastings: a vegetarian cooking class with biological products, free massages with essential oils, a children´s workshop, talks on the importance of an ecological diet, eco cosmetic stands, toys and accessories, and more.
