As a yoga therapist I work with physical injuries to get you back to health and also and equally importantly I help you with your emotional self to bring about lasting healing and health.

I've healed myself from Chronic Fatigue and other illnesses, and the work I do literally has changed my life, actually no it saved me! If I have even half a chance to show others the door to happiness and health then I consider it an honour to take that chance, so let me know how I can help you.

I've been a bodyworker for around 3 years and have worked with the human anatomy in many different ways over this time.
