We are looking for an In-house Sales Representative for a full-time position (incl. weekend hours).

You should be an energetic, self-motivated and customer-driven person who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Strong work ethic and results oriented. Desire to succeed and to satisfy customers. Excellent verbal and written communication proficiencies as well as presentation skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Professional appearance. Displays a friendly, enthusiastic and approachable manner. Well organized and self-directed. Basic computer skills.

Required experience: 2 years of successful sales experience in local real estate market

Required Languages: Fluent in English. Conversational Spanish. Other languages a definite asset
