WANTED: Operations Sales Manager

AnyTech365 is expanding and a new position became available. We are looking for an operations manager to join our highly successful team. AnyTech365 is an IT specialised company delivering IT help and support to private consumers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation and be at the heart of our operation. You will be responsible for engaging, developing and managing the performance of our sales team, providing clarity of vision and direction of day to day activities as well as long term strategy of our teams. You will be required to inspire high performance, via visible and clear leadership, across the Team Management and agent population within a multi-channel contact centre operation The successful candidate will be responsible for around 40 FTE and will look after both sales and service teams in a heavily regulated environment.
We are a vibrant, proactive organisation and looking for someone with a great ‘can do attitude’ who wants to be part of a growing organisation. Salary package depending on experience.

Key Skills
• Proven experience as a Manager within a contact centre, service industry or IT environment
• Excellent management skills
• You will need to have exceptional organisational skills and be able to convert high level thinking and direction into practical day to day deliverables
• Proven experience in leading operations within a commercially focused, fast-paced business sector
• Ability to set the strategic direction of the team
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong sales and service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Not afraid to work long hours
• Bilingual English/Spanish (other European language an advantage)
