I have spare accommodation in my house in Urb. Lomas de Biarritz. It is ideal for a student or teacher who may wish to live off-campus but within easy reach of your premises being only 8 minutes away from Puerto Banus by car.

The accommodation comprises a garden with private pool and parking for a car in the driveway or on the road; a bedroom with private balcony overlooking the garden, with sofa bed and large built-in wardrobe and a private bathroom on the first floor; and a workroom with desk, sofa bed and cupboard which leads to a large roof terrace on the top floor.

The large sitting room and kitchen down stairs would be shared and has direct access to the garden and pool. It is a very cosy, comfortable house with a fireplace in the living room which makes it very inviting in the winter.

I am a private teacher of English and have been living here in the Marbella area for the last 10 years. Perhaps you would be kind enough to forward this information to any interested parties or display the information one of your information boards at school.
