Hot News! Reality Star has announced the new partnership with Russian Music Box International Television (RMB), which is an equivalent of the Russian MTV and the only Russian television which broadcasts abroad to 140 Million viewers in Europe and other countries. A RMB representative will be on the judging panel at the final of Reality Star 2013/14 which is an excellent opportunity for all the contestants and there are plans for the TV channel to also bring a surprise star performer.

Following a hotly fought semi-final in December, eight junior and seven senior contestants will be performing to win the Reality Star 2013/14 title on 25th January 2014 at the Kempinski Hotel. The winner will be rewarded with a recording contract with RS Productions, a share of the 3,000€ prize fund and the opportunity to perform at a number of high profile events around the world. There will also be special prizes for the runner up, third prize Best Performer and the Special Reality Star Prize every year goes to a Best Original Song category.

To add to the tension there will be a shoot out for the final two junior places one hour before the final to split the performers who scored equally at the semi-final. At 6pm the Grand Final show will begin with performances from last year’s winner and the fabulous Hoffman. Each of the finalists will then perform just one song of their choice from any genre and decade to delight the audience and the judges. Following their performances the expert judging panel will score the performers from 1-10 to reveal the winner at the end of the show.

This is the culmination of months of auditions and a global star search by organizers RS Productions and Recording Studio Avalon London. Supported by Marbella Town Hall and sponsored by Sotogrande International School, El Corte Ingles, Marbella Wine Warehouse and Celebrity photographer David Packwood, Freaklips Studio and from this year official Media Partner Russian Music Box International Television, Reality Star is finding the best talent and supporting them to succeed in this tough industry.

The final is a great chance to spot an upcoming star and support local talent whilst enjoying their wonderful performances. Tickets for the Costa del Sol’s answer to the X Factor are on sale via the website www.reality-star.com and it is a great evening out for all the family.

Reality Star 2013/14 Finalists

The six junior finalists are – Annie White, Lucia Pineda, Safina Usmanova, Veronica Malka, Muriel Blechschmidt and Gilles Vanmaldeghem, with a joint high score of 63 points out of a possible 70 being awarded to Annie White and Lucia Pineda. Special note must be given to the amazing talent being produced by Sotogrande International School who had 7 highly polished performers in the semi-finals and Stagecoach who had 2 great singers taking part. As competition was so tight, with 4 contestants tying on 46 points and 2 who were unable to perform for no fault of their own, there will now be a pre-final shoot out for the 2 remaining places an hour before the final on 25th January.

The 7 senior finalists are – Ksenia Petrova, Jade Williamson, Jose Ortiz Garcia, Mkhitaryan Astrik, Reyes Carillo Real, Nadia Kostenko and Mkhitaryan Arevik.
