Queen of Holland Day Koninginnedag in Marbella Queens Day

On Monday April 30, 2012 at 6:30pm Marbella Town Hall invites you to celebrate Queen of Holland Day ‘Koninginnedag’ on the Paseo de la Alameda in Alameda Park near Old Town Marbella.

Koninginnedag is a day to honor the more than 1,000 Dutch residents who live in Marbella as well as celebrate this national holiday of the Netherlands. The festivities also are in honor of the former Queen Juliana, mother of the reigning Queen Beatriz of Holland.

Festivities for the day include a wide program of events that include music, dance and gastronomical tastings of dutch food products.

So don your orange (royal color) clothing and head out to the Paseo de la Alameda for some Dutch entertainment and fun.
