1. We will contact you to schedule a photographer to visit your site within 48 hours of receiving your payment.

2. Weather conditions need to be acceptable for photographing your business. If the weather on the shoot day is poor, a new appointment will be scheduled at no additional charge.

3. Please make sure your facility is ready for the photo shoot prior to the scheduled arrival of the photographer. Our objective is to take photos which reflect the best side of your business. 

4. It is best to take photos without any interior movement, as the camera will reflect them as blurred images. For that reason, we recommend a time prior to opening hours or when the fewest clients are in.

5. The photography session will last 30-60 minutes, depending on the number of images taken.

6. After the photos are taken, you will receive a link with all the photos within 48 hours so you can personally choose the best images.

7. Included in the price is editing for errors and minor corrections; for example, a misplaced logo, old pricing, etc.

8. If the photographer must return due to the facility not being ready, there will be an additional €40 for each time a return visit is needed.
