Marbella life when the husband is away for long periods of time?

My family (children age 5 and 9) are contemplating moving to Marbella this year. My only concern is that my husband works a month away a month at home and I'm worried about being left to it on my own.

Anyone else had similar experience and how has it been in your experience?

Thanks

Life when the husband is away
by: Marbella Family Fun

Hello Kate,

Thank you very much for contacting MarbellaFamilyFun.com.

Your question relates to a common theme here as many families live here year-round while one spouse spends days (or weeks) in another part of the world for work.

This is a good place to post your question for feedback to gain insight from others in your situation.

What we can say is that many mothers live in Marbella while their husbands work away for much of the year. We also believe that the lifestyle makes it very easy to meet others and have an active and enjoyable day to day life with the kids.

Also, you may want to check out a blog that has been running for some time on our site: Making Friends in Marbella

If there is anything else we can be of assistance with, please let us know. We'd be glad to help!
