Joaquin Cortes concert in Marbella 2011

World famous flamenco dancer Joaquin Cortes will be performing in ‘Calé’ El Pinillo beach in Marbella on July 16, 2011 at 10:30pm. Doors open at 9:00pm.


The event, organized by Yastá Producciones, is one of the most important events that Marbella has on offer this summer. Joaquín Cortés is thrilled to be performing in Marbella and says “Calé is a journey through time where I will recall my career and the six tours I have made around the world in this life.

Many professionals will also be taking part in this performance including 16 musicians and six dancers with whom he has toured with much success in Istanbul and the Guitar Festival in Cordoba and Madrid.

Tickets for Calé can be purchased at El Corte Inglés, Ticketmaster website, Carrefour, Fnac and Halcón Viajes.

Prices:
General entrance - 40 euro (advanced purchase)
Premium entrance - 60 euro (advanced purchase)

Tickets for the Joaquin Cortes concert in Marbella 2011 can also be bought at the box office on the day of the concert.
General entrance - 50 euro
Premium entrance - 70 euro

VIP zones are also offerd for 150 euro for a minimum of six people and may be reserved by calling +34 695 276 556.

Entrance is not permitted for children aged 13 and younger. Included in the entrance will be various services such as medical attention from the Red Cross, security, crowd control, bars, restaurants and handicapped help.

To help facilitate parking and congestion to the concert, Marbella Town Hall is offering buses to and from the concert.

Buses will start running to pick up visitors one and a half hours before the concert and continue to run every 15 minutes. The buses will return to drop off one hour before the end of the event.

You must present your ticket to the concert.

This comment was sent to us by the organizers of the Queen tribute concert, but the information should still be valid for the Joaquin Cortes concert.

"This year the whole venue is on one level with no real raised areas. Therefore to get the best view you really need to go for the premium tickets, which are seated and closest to the stage. the general seating area is further back and standing is at the sides with the most restricted view.

We saw the new venue yesterday and it really is amazing. It is right by the sea and you can hear the waves crashing behind you. At night, under the stars it is going to be beautiful."
