The III Language School Marbella Summer Program is designed to ensure that young adults, teenagers and children alike not only enjoy their stay, but also make the most of their leisure time by learning a new language. Young people also get the opportunity to share their time with students from other countries, thus raising their cultural awareness and developing their personalities in a unique surrounding. You can do sports and leisure activities, and enjoy excursions to the most interesting places in the area.

* Adults (made to measure programmes for universities, companies and collectives during the whole year.)

The Classes

You will spend approximately 3 weeks in an international community and you’ll have two hours of classes a day. In each group there will be a maximum of 15 students. Our classes are active and interesting and in a short time you´ll be able to use what you´ve learned.

We speak Spanish or English from the first moment, you’ll see how easy it is!


The Teachers

In III we have teachers who are highly qualified, and specialized in the teaching of young children and teenagers.

You´re going to have fun!

The free time program is very varied and stimulates the learning of the chosen language. You will enjoy team activities, gymkanas, sports, a games room and shows etc.

You will be able to do sports like football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, table tennis snooker, swimming etc.

The program also includes two weekly visits to nearby towns or tourist attractions such
as natural parks and historical sites.


Our Monitors

Our friendly monitors are available 24 hours a day to help you. They organize and design the free time program and they are your point of contact for any questions all of the time. They have been specially chosen for these courses and they have experience in dealing with young people.

The monitors are not only there to look after you. They will always be there for you if you need someone to talk to whenever you need them.


Facilities & Services

The III Language School Marbella Summer Program takes place at the Atalaya Park Golf Hotel and Resrort offering 5000m2 of mature subtropical gardens next to the sea. Including:

* 6 swimming-pools (2 indoor)

* Sauna and Turkish baths
* Mini-golf and golf practice tee
* 2 volleyball courts

All the hotel’s 475 rooms have air-conditioning, mini-bar, television, a safe, telephone, en suite bathroom, and ample terraces.

I have been very happy with III. The instructors and owner were all fantastic. Julio was very friendly and helpful over email answering all my questions on the school. He was also VERY flexible with me, allowing me to pick and choose what days my kids could attend camp. He was also very flexible and on the days I could not pick up/ drop off kids, he was able to pick them up by the pharmacy.

The staff was amazing. Wendy, the main teacher, was very nurturing and took great care with both kids. They told me that all staff here are credentialed teachers. My 5 year old was having severe attachment issues and they were very nurturing and caring. Her instructor, Clara, was flexible with me and allowed me to sit with Lola a bit before leaving until she calmed down. She was the beginning Spanish instructor and she was nurturing and sweet. There were mainly Russian kids in the class.

My older child was placed in the more advanced class and really enjoyed it. They were learning tenses, reading and writing. We already speak Spanish at home so this was exactly what we were looking for to supplement her bilingual education. Her instructor, julito, was also very nice and caring.

A little more about the day, the first two hours are classroom instruction and then it's play time. Camp goes from 10-5:30 pm. They watch Spanish movies (or nap if tired!), swim, play put-put golf, do arts and crafts, color, etc.

The camp is not cheap but it does come with transportation and a full buffet lunch. I think it cost around 60 euros per child per day. By US standards, it is still less expensive than most camps and includes lunch and transportation. The Atalaya Hotel (where the camp is held) is fine, not the newest facility, but for the purposes of the school, it is fine.

One last thing, they also teach English classes. I saw that most of the kids were Russian and some local kids learning English. All kids looked very happy!!!

If I return, I will def send my kids again. I give it an A rating. Overall, I was very very happy.
