Hey, just saw this. I go to a fantastic work out class on coin ZUMBA with an instructor called Rachel she has just stated a class at the puente romano hotel, tennis club in Marbella. It is great it is dance keep, fit really fun, loads of different styles you don't even know you are working out it is so much fun. I think her website is www.zumbacostadelsol.com you should go along thursdays 19.00

An experience, which I will not recommend to try, especially by the real spinners, is, so called, spinning class in the club called QiSport.

The class should not be called "the spinning" but something like "workout on the bike!. The official name "spinning" is reserved for the certain type of class and should not be used for any other. please consult the site: www.spinning.com

Just over €30 a month which includes, gym, all classes and use of pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc... Excellent value for money.

Best place to excercise...and completely free of charge, no membership needed....a beautiful run along the Paseo Maritimo or along the sandy beach...open 24 hours a day ;-)

Yoga: Behind the Canada...Carretera de Ojen...at the Centro de Yoga. Only 4 Euros per visit. No membership needed. Sundays from 11-12 and Wednesdays from 9pm-10pm and 10-10:30pm singing of Kirtans....verryyyyyyyy beautiful. Instrucctions ar...e in German, English and Spanish. Tai Chi Chuan every Monday from 9-10pm . Fee: 20Euros per month.
