English speaking exercise classes Marbella?

Hello,

We are new to the area and currently living in Santa Clara (behind the hospital in Marbella)
I have found a local Pilates class at the Royal Tennis Club in El Rosario.

I would like to try out some other English speaking classes (until my Spanish is good enough) - Zumba, aerobics or maybe something else (open to ideas) - both to keep fit & meet people.
Any help would be much appreciated.

If you are looking for activties such as swimming. The head instructor of WaterStar lives and work in pools around that area.

Found a great Zumba class

hello,
Just wanted to say I found a fantastic Zumba class just behind the hotel/spa at Los Monteros, run by a lady called Nicola and costs 8 euros a class. Thursday at 10am & Saturdays at 11am.

Most of the large gyms in Marbella such as QI Sport or Glow have English speaking teachers who often conduct the classes in a mix of English and Spanish.

I take classes and personal training at Health First Studio in English.

I also love the iyengar yoga classes I take in English/Spanish (a great way to learn!) with Carola Polo in Nueva Andalucia.

My daughter and I also take wing chun (kung fu) classes in Marbella that are conducted in English.
